Welcome to ViPR&Tone Cork

Hi! I am Lesley Giltinan, trainer at ViPR&Tone Cork. I've been a fitness enthusiast for over 20 years and qualified in August 2011 with a National Qualification in Exercise, Health Studies and Personal Training and TRX Training. 

 

I was one of the first to introduce the ViPR to Cork and believe it is one of the most functional fitness tools in the world. I run 1 hour sessions out of Cork Constitution Rugby Club. Each session combines ViPR, dumbbells, cardio and own body weight exercises. Sessions are suitable for every fitness level, all age groups and because you will achieve a full body workout you will gain serious strength, improved fitness levels and burn up loads of calories.

Recently launched LeanWithLesley.com, a series of workout videos to suit

everyone's fitness goals that are quick and effective and designed to fit in

to your busy schedules.  Workout with Lesley at anytime, anywhere  for just

€9.99 per month ~ that's less than a cup of coffee per week. With a variety

of videos to choose from a unique

type of training  that will guarantee awesome results no matter what your

level of fitness is.

Vipr Class Schedule 2018 

In any calendar week Monday to Saturday first 2 classes cost €10 each and any class thereafter within that same week will be discounted to €5 per class.

Therefore in any calendar week:

1 classes  - €10
2 classes - €20
3 classes - €25
4 classes - €30
5 classes - €35
6 classes - €40

If you are doing 2 or less classes per week it is worth remembering that you can purchase a 6 class pass for €55.

You book your class on the App and pay for the class on arrival.


 

4 Week Blast 

In addition to our usual schedule, several times a year we will run ViPR&Tone Cork's '4 WEEK BLAST'!

The 4 Week Blast Program will include guidance on healthy eating,understanding about proteins, fats and carbohydrates, detailed weekly food plans, healthy family-friendly recipes, advice on portion sizes and food shopping.

Detailed body analysis will be included, such as Body Fat, BMI, Muscle mass, Physique rating, BMR, Hip to Waist ratio, Metabolic Age and Visceral Fat levels. Private individual consultations, allows individuals to discuss diet plans and cover any concerns, resulting in a very personalised plan and achieves results.
